This summer promises to be very hot with a brand new song “No money” by Swedish dance-pop duo Galantis. Be ready to live it up ’cause these guys will keep you dancing all night long.
“No money” is about standing up to a bully who tries to take your money. It delivers with youthful, playful voices and energetic synths, syncopated melodies and rhythms, and a bouncy beat which will be going round your head.
What is noticeable is that the track was recorded in different places across the world: started in Silver Lake LA, then in Sukhumvit, Bangkok, and finished in the Stockholm archipelago. As Galantis explains, “it feels like the track has a flavor of each place”.
This time Galantis have recruited American DJ Dillon Francis to remix “No money”. Packing it with some trap, dubstep, and other electronic elements, Francis adds zest to the original production launching it to newer heights.
