The Chainsmokers (Alex Pall and Drew Taggart), an American EDM DJ/producer duo, have successfully established themselves as creative and talented artists. Their fans go wild over their every new hit.
On July 29, 2016, they released “Closer” featuring American singer Halsey. This love ballad has risen to the top of Billboard Hot 100 chart. It combines soft piano chords with simple hip-hop style beats turning into emotive melody. Drew’s low tone blends in perfectly well with Halsey’s vocals delivering the memorable verse: “So, baby, pull me closer / In the back seat of your Rover”.
