Carl Cox is a house and techno record producer from the UK. In the 1980s, he became a mainstage DJ in the electronica industry. Cox runs the record label Intec Digital, which was founded in 1999 as Intec Records. He has played at numerous clubs and venues worldwide and has served as a monthly DJ for BBC Radio 1’s Essential Mix. Cox has won thirteen DJ Awards, Three International Dance Music Awards, Three DJ Mag Awards, and one NME Award.
